Totally hate my manager!!

I dont understand why someone can be so irritating to the core?! Initially when i 1st join the firm, this female senior of mine was the nicest around, patiently showing me the ropes and guiding me thru all the tuff assignments & presentations. But soon after, she got promoted to manager level and from there, she got worse. I find that she's totally not cut out for a managerial position! She can't take pressure well at all. She get easily frustrated when she cant get what she wants out of us and juz lashes out at anione who unfortunately happen 2 cross her path. The angry words and comments that she hurl at you can be so cutting & mean dat mi & mi fellow colleagues are starting to take it personally....and its definitely not a gd sign. We soon dreaded so much to lunch wif her dat 2day, we juz left for harbourfront to lunch by ourselves. Usu our dept lunches as a whole. But i realli cant stand the sight of her ani longer.

Yes. She was a good mentor. But not animore. She had a miscarriage once. Due to stress of coz. Her standard she set for herself is so darn high. She can onli tolerate her own mistakes, but not others. I juz read to her some data wrongly, & she immediately snapped at mi & even sorta growled...or rather....made some wierd noises...macham half grrr half hissing like dat. I can hardly decipher!! Gdness....cool it manz! SO what if she's pregnant now. I mean, we were happie 4 her initially. Previously when she was also in a veri foul mood for a period of time, we even bought a card & a small gift to let her noe we appreciate her guidance & hope we can pick up things faster so as to give her less problems. but now tinking back, i tink it's totally not worth it. If she wants to show all her displeasure so openly without considering other pple's feelings and whenever she feels like it, she can go to hell herself. I'm realli pissed off with her todae. Hv absolutely no idea how i'm gng 2 continue working wif her. She's such a bloody pain!!! This is Xtremely tortourous! Veri self-centred of her.

Was veri upset bcoz of her. Didnt even feel happie though its fridae todae! Oredi dreading the coming Monday. But nvrtheless, i'm so glad i enjoyed my friday nite eventually. Went over to SW's hse at Sengkang to celebrate her bb's 1st mth man yue. Its oso a gd chance for us to get 2gether...hees...afterall, we were once andersen pple! hmm....alwez wonder if AA is still around, will all of us still in audit? Most of the ex-AAs...if they're still in audit, they'll b in Pwc. If not, either internal audit or in a commercial accounting envt like mi liaoz. Sighz...how boring can life gets. Those more adventurous ones hv all applied to the overseas Big 4 to work....most in New York EY, if not Houston or Australia.....sighz....am still stretching mi neck out & hoping one day DD can be posted overseas for a few yrs and i can juz follow & get some benefits as a wife eg half of mi present salary for juz shaking leg at hm in a foreign land....*dream dream* But DD alwez ask mi to WAKE UP!!!!

DT sent mi hm as he's picking his wife up from Bedok . He's a farnie guy...alwez tok alot of crap one. He juz bought a Ford car for over $80K. woah.....audit realli pays well....haha. We happen 2 tok abt AD PGs and his was Yew Kwang. And he highly recommend him leh. Yap..hv certainly heard abt tis PG but he's one of the high-end ones. His charge is $980. B4 toking to DT, i wanted both PG & VG and hope to get both, wif a low budget of ard $1.5K?? Then wat DT said made sense too. Photos are more impt coz u'll take a look at them more often & oso gona show them to many other pple & frens. As for VG, u'll get sick of watching it too often. Though it realli captured many gd live memories, but it's too lengthy & u most prob wldnt re-watch the whole video repeatedly. So mebbe standard dont hv to be so high. Juz get one of DD's brothers or some closer frens to take video is enuff. Then my budget will be sufficient 2 engage Yew Kwang. hmm...sounds true. In fact, DD's sis took video for us during our rom. Though she's not a professional, i actualli find the video taken veri nicely. Some sweet memories will do. Dont hv 2 be so perfect rite? Mebbe a good PG is realli worth enagaging.
