Back from Korea!
This's gona be the first and last packaged tour for the thum family haha.. dont get me wrong. This tour package is really not too bad....great tour guide, great itinery and many interesting new experiences in Korea (as compared to 9 yrs ago when I went thr for my grad trip) but....it's really not suitable for families with kids. Oh well, wat's new? We reach hotel past 10pm everyday and needs to get up before 7am to get ready... it's macham like boot camp! Limited time at each venue and meal times are chop chop.... how to survive with a cranky kid on hand who cant really eat and sleep well? =p
And interestingly, for the first 5 days of the trip, Kae totally "reject" me and my MIL and cling on to my BIL with all her might! and this incur the jealousy of my dear nephew and hence, both of them fight non-stop for BIL's attention. Kae only "regain" her memory and "recognise" mi as mummy for the last 2 days of the trip and started to let me carry her!!!! As a result...sighz...not many family pics for this trip as it's a feat to even try to get close to Kae to take a pic...needless to say, carry her to take a family pic with DD...
And end up, SIL & BIL's family pics ended up with Kae in the pic together with nephew most of the time! hahah...pseudo family of 4!
Not much pics for the 1st day when we arrive at Seoul. Tour guide squeezed in a trip to Dongdaemum before our domestic flight to Jeju. And as usual...not enuff time to shop! So upset! The accessories are soooo pretty and cheap! Saw similar types selling on cart-stalls at Raffles City and selling for over $40 but they only cost around $10ish @ Dongdaemum! Tink I bought way too little!! Sighz......
Picked a lil' flower off the grass and taught Kae to pluck the petals and blow them off, which resulted in the series of pics below! hee hee
