Nice wkend getaway

Arranged for a photo-shoot for our small little family of 3 and when the PG suggested taking the shoot at Sentosa, we jumped at dat idea and also, decided to bk a room at Amara Sanctuary for a night! We checked in on Fri aftn. The resort is quite nice. The moment we put little Kae onto the King-sized bed, she immediately spread her hands and legs wide open on the bed!! Ahaha...wat a cute sight! As I was feeding Kae her lunch, DD found bits of glass on the floor. Aiyo...luckily we didnt get ourselves cut. DD called the mgr immediately to request for a clean-up of the room and wow....mgr actually offered to upgrade our room! yea....hehe....but of coz..not to suite or villa lor! But from 2nd to 4th (highest) floor and with sea view!!! Nice!!! And being the highest floor, the ceiling is SUPER high. After feeding little Kae, we went off straight to Underwater World! The night-stay comes with a pair of free tix to underwater world and dolphin lagoon. But we gave the latter a miss as DD is not v keen. bleh..... But...hmm..sadly, Kae doesnt enjoy the Underwater World a single bit! haha...tink she's too young la... she's terrified of those big fishes! And duno if coz of these huge fishes, Kae had a nightmare in the middle of the night in the resort and cried terribly =( So end up, DD & mi didnt exactly hv a gd night's rest! haha Luckily, little Kae is in a chirpy mood for the photo-shoot the next morn! And the PG even commente that she's surprised Kae can last an entire 2hrs for the shoot! But...can tell Kae is starting to fuss towards the end of the shoot....haaa And the moment, i feed her cereal and milk when we got back to the room, she K.O-ed! At least, that give both DD and I some time to relak on bed as well & watch some TV before we check out.

In short, it's actually quite xiong to pack for a family of 3 for a night's getaway (mainly kae's stuff). Cant imagine if we were to bring Kae for a hol overseas?!!! DD remarked that before we attempt for another family getaway..wld b better to wait till Kae can walk! ahahaha! =p
