Sneaky gurl

Somehow, i tink bbs are really smarter than we thought. This happen quite sometime back oredi but didnt hv time to write abt it...haaa.. Kae lurves 2 suck her fingers now & esp her thumb (the fav activity of all bbs actualliiii...!). Though sometimes, she can stick up to 4 fingers (2 from each hand) into her mouth...aiyo....mouth-stretching exercise? Btw.... was feeding Kae halfway when i started to notice dat the sound of her drinking milk sounded slightly different.....so i started to stare intently at her drinking milk..tot that mebe she's playing wif the teat in her mouth again..ANd....omg...i realised that she has sneakily put her thumb into her mouth & sucking on both her thumb & the bottle teat at the same time!!! Trying to hv the best of both worlds!!!

I'm holding her so close to me during feeding time & yet i can fail to notice this! Usually she will juz put her hands on the bottle when drinking or play with my fingers (so i didnt pay particularly any attention to her hands) but recently, she hv started to move her hands slowly towards the teat n hence, able to sneak her fingers into her mouth. Hence, now during feeding times, it has started to be a struggle trying to hold the milk bottle in one hand and fighting to keep her hands away from her mouth with another hand. At one point, she had both her thumbs in her mouth together with the teat! Pengz.....

Also, another time, i was feeding her halfway when she started to close her eyes & seem to fall asleep. Ayee...this happens occassionally & hence to avoid her chocking on the milk, I took out the milk bottle to let her con't her sleep. But this time, the moment i took out the bottle, kae's eyes fluttered open. So i tot... oki.. awake = can con't to feed, since she haad not finished her usual amount of milk yet. The moment i put the teat back into her mouth again, kae immediately closed her eyes. Hmmm....is this little girl here trying to con her dear mummy here dat she's sleepy & hence unable to drink animore? Not quite believing wat i saw, i took out the teat & automatically, kae's eyes open again. I put the teat in, her eyes closed. Take teat out again...her eyes open. It's so auto dat i suddenly cant help tinking if i'm cradling a real life bb here...or a battery-operated doll???!!!!! haha This went on for a few more times b4 i'm realli convinced dat little kae is NOT sleepy & just dont want to drink milk animore!
