A break from work!

TGIF! Am alwez so relieved when it's finali Fri, last day of the working week! And this Fri is made even sweeter by mi & DD both taking leave!! Needed a break badly....since...a short vacation which we initially intend to take before the little one comes along....has been postphoned indefinitely! =( or rather.. .... cancelled la! gahhh!

Oh well...a one day break is better than none! Work hv been pretty frustrating lately, n it has been made a million times worse by a certain someone.

Anyways! for the first time, i'm able to wake up early in the morning w/o the alarm! Hee hee...i sure know how not to waste a rare free day! Had breakfast wif the inlaws & the cute little 2 yr old newphew. After sending him off to his 2 hr playgroup session, mi & DD headed off for a swim at T Club! The feeling after a swim is superb!!! Though the water is freezing, but i felt good! M now Xtremely far off from my usual stamina though....haha...need a couple min of rest each time i complete just one lap! Onli manage to swim ard 7 laps i tink...hahaha...

Tink i'm realli tired out by the swim & the moment we reached hm, i immediately collapsed onto bed & drifted off to slumberland. DD went off to town for a massage & came back just in time to fetch me out for dinner! Had very yummy steak @ Astons, n thrafter, we headed to VideoEZ to rent some DVDs! And as usual, i ended up watching the dvd alone @ nite while DD is happily snoring away beside mi. But..actuali..i wasnt alone..hees...the little one is very active dat nite! She was turning & jabbing mi thru'out the whole movie. Cute! =Þ
