Bz bz wkend

Not too sure wat triggered us to step into Ikea last sat..... but once we're there...."hell" broke loose! Haha.... DD n I started shortlisted a whole list of stuff we cld buy 2 further 'beautify' our hm! i've so much ideas!! But...sobz.... budget constraint.... no $$$$.... boohoo!!

In the end, we decided on a bkshelf which i've been eyeing @ since the v 1st day we got our hm! hees.... Haiz... Plus some other frivolous purchases, the damage to our pockets summed up to $300!! Gasp! And this is after offsetting a $80 Ikea voucher, a hse-warming gift from moi colleagues sometime back. **gulp**

But dat's not all!!! Haha.... On sunday, we cldnt resist ourselves & went back Ikea to get a red sofa to complete "cosy area II" in our study-rm!! That cost us another $149!! :Þ

Both DD n I r super impressed wif our swiffy! The Ikea staff warned us dat the sofa will not b able to fit into a car due to its bulky frame. And we'll need to call for a maxi-cab 2 help us ferry it hm, and it will set us back by a freaking $35 booking fee!!!! **faintz** BUt DD still decided to give swiffy a chance 2 prove its capability to us. I was veri skeptical in the beginning but surprise surprise!!!! We did manage 2 fit the sofa into swiffy!! Hooray!!! Though we're onli left wif Xtremely minimal roomspace in front & DD almoz hv difficulty getting in2 the driver seat **whoops**, DD still manage 2 navigate swiffy safely hm. Phew! We're sooooo proud of ourselves on the $35 bucks saved!!! hehehehe

Yea! Love our new cosy area in study-rm!
