Another day of rest

It's real good to hv 2 public holidays in a week (Tues & thurs), but it's kinda dampening dat i've gona rush out the slides for a presentation next mon! Quite disruptive in fact!! Initialli wana da-bao work home to do todae, but in the end, i stayed in office on wed nite till 930pm to do wateva i could & zoom off 2 meet DD 4 dinner..or i shld say...supper! Hah.......In the end i decided to b bo chap 2day & 4get abt work for the time being. Afterall, it's Hari Raya 2day!!! But am soooooo not looking forward to tmw, which is actualli a Friday??!!!!

Anyways, DD wana go down IMM to take alook at hsehold accessories...hees....& i managed to get the car, so y not?! The road is relatively quiet. Guess most pple hv left town for vacations, to take advantage of 2 public hols. But i've juz barely turned into ecp when i saw a wrecked car at the roadside & some policemen ard. Sighzz...another accident....**shudders**

IMM is sooo crowded! Such a total contrast to the quiet roads!! The open-air carpark is super congested. And the multi-storey carpark is not much diff too. Traffic is Xtremely slow & though i circled all 6 storeys of the carpark, i still cant find ani slots. No luck. In the end, we gave up & went to the nearby hdb flats' parking lots. But we've oredi wasted half an hr trying to find a parking space. Haiz.....1 of the cons of driving. Onli at this point in time dat i wished we've taken public transport instead. So much less hassle.

When woking across the carpark to IMM building, we suddenly hear a sharp scratching sound. Oops. A car was reversing into a parking lot. But i guess the driver's misjudged the distance & scratched the car parked beside the empty slot he's reversing into. Ooh dear! Quite a chuck of dat car's paint was scrapped off. But dont tink there's ani serious dent la. Surprising, the driver juz coolly adjusted his car & proceed to park into the empty slot. Hmm...shldn't he b running far far away from the car he scratched? If i were him, i wld hv panicked & juz drove away....kekeke
