Pls don't b cheated by Z-Wedding Design

Their service SUX BIG BIG TIME!!! Nvr seen DD so angry b4! All bcoz of some insulting remarks passed by an idiotic gay designer at ZWD, Ivan. Wat's his pbm??!!! I dont care whether he's talented anot (which by the way, he's not). That's definitely not the way to treat a customer! Was trying on gowns last Sunday. DD juz simply asked Anna (our co-ordinator) if there're more modern EGs ard..the stoppid desginer happen 2 wok past so Anna asked for his advice to choose nicer EGs. And guess wat. He juz shot back.."u wan modern iszit? Juz wear bikini la...or some skirts wif high slit"....

He went on 2 flip thru the racks & juz casually threw a few EGs on the chair & said..."try all these la......Now got nothin more to say oredi rite?"..How disrespectful can a designer get? We pay u the $$, & we expect good service manz! Which guy will like it if another person were to tell his wife to wear bikini??

DD felt dat we muz complain to the boss manz! So we called back the shop to request for the boss's number. As expected, they refused to give and offer to call their boss for us instead. Ok. So we waited for their call. I missed their 1st call, and saw dat a voice msg was left. Went to retreive it out of curiosity & guess wat. Helen is kinda clueless abt voice msgs & tis was being recorded " Y nvr pick up fone one? Shen2 Jing1 Bing4" To tink she's the one dat pacified us in the shop & declared she's on our side. Then in the background, i heard pple say "ehh...u put down the fone oredi anot?".... Grrr....these pple r sooo 2 faced! They're pissing us more & more!

To cut the story short, DD bombed the boss's hp. He's another disgusting man who keep trying to procrastinate solving this issue. But anihow, given DD's insistence, we settled for a 50-50 refund yesterdae nite. So we'll b getting back $500 out of the $1K deposit we've placed wif them. Better than nothin. Juz find it not worth it. Not as if the rom dress i wore is fantastic. And the gown i loan to Japan too. but oh well..treat tis as a $500 lesson!!

hees....by the way, i'm awed by the way DD handled this matter. hees...suddenly see the more "man" side of him after all these years kekke.....& as mi fren's sms puts it "This goes to show he will protect ur welfare all the way".....kekeke....My DD!! Muackkssss!!!!

Mebbe tis is a blessing in disguise..i can finalli re-choose a BS i realli like. And YES! Flamingo is the one i'm going for now. Had a veri good experience during the promo it had with Avenue 8 (free trial bridal make-over & photo-shoot). Made an appt this sat liaoz. Realli looking 4ward to it! =) So exciting
